We will gladly accept returns provided the items have not been worn, washed or damaged. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will refund or exchange the item for you. Returned items must have original tags on them.
Satisfaction with your product is important to us, so we will gladly exchange your item within 20 days of delivery. Just email us at info@pvuiforms.com and we will contact you and make the appropriate arrangements and provide you with a return confirmation number.
If we make a mistake on your order, email us and we will make arrangements to reimburse your account for the amount of the shipping charges for the incorrect items to be sent back to us. We will order the correct items and ship them to you at no extra charge.
We are sorry we can only credit the original credit card holder. If you have received a gifted item from someone, please contact them. They can contact us to arrange for an exchange of item and we will credit them for the amount of the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Any new shipping charges on exchanged, returned or gifted items will be the customer's responsibility.
